Private/Small Group Yoga Classes
One-on-One Private Yoga sessions are a great way to take your yoga practice to the next level. Sometimes we just need a little more attention and care and a Private Yoga session offers you a means to deal with specific personal needs, questions, or injuries. Lasting between 45-90 minutes, Private Yoga lessons are a powerful tool that allows you to go deeper into your practice, ask questions, and discuss what is happening on and off your mat.
Mindfulness Meditation Classes

Dynamic Mindfulness is an intersection of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation practices that are accessible and help create and manage environments for wellness and recovery. This practice includes mindful movements, breathing techniques, and meditation practices, which, when integrated, are essential for managing stress, self-care, and healing from personal and secondary trauma.
Learn dynamic mindfulness for both personal and professional stress resilience. This practice helps you to improve emotional regulation and increase well-being. In these classes, you will find different tools that are quickly accessible and easily implemented throughout the day. This practice is for anyone interested in learning about Social Emotional Learning (SEL) practices that enhance stress resilience and emotional regulation.
A Peace of Yoga has teamed up with Family Gateway to provide yoga, meditation, and empowerment coaching to their clients. One of their least collected areas for clothing is athletic wear so we have taken it upon ourselves to initiate an athletic clothing drive. Kids, women, or men - we take it all. If you have any athletic clothing or gear including (workout pants, shoes, socks, sports bras, shorts, tops, equipment etc.) and are interested in donating or partnering at our next drive, please contact Amanda at email@example.com
